Tricycle booking pilot: book from your phone
To reduce congestion and repeated “patawag” calls at the gate, residents may now request a tricycle through the HOA app at www.chwhoa.net/app. Register once with your name, mobile number, and phase / block / lot. The gate / TODA desk will see the queue live and assign a unit.

Please settle August monthly association dues on or before August 31, 2026. Pay at the PMO office (Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) or via the bank transfer details posted at the admin office.

Visitor and delivery entry by endorsement only
Walk-in visitors, Grab / food riders, and delivery vans must be endorsed by a resident at the Falcon St. guardhouse. Keep your car sticker / RFID current to speed up resident entry.
